‘We work for several companies, mainly scale-ups, who are busy with their work, but not always with our invoices. We also have a minimal administrative staffing, which means that we often do not have time for debtor management. With two companies and monthly invoices, streamlined and tight management is important. We wanted to outsource the debtor management to unburden ourselves. Via Google I ended up at Debitan, which, like me, comes from Hoorn. The system is in line with our company: everything works in the cloud and is largely automated, and there is clear feedback to us as a user.
Positive and personal
What I like about the working method of Debitan, in addition to the fact that the system automates a lot of work and provides insight and overview with a practical action list, is the personal approach. We, but especially our relations, are greeted in a friendly manner and approached positively. We also appreciate the customization in the method. For example, our customers are called 5 days after the invoice to inquire whether the invoice has been received properly and whether everything is to your liking. This is already an important first step to draw attention to invoices. We notice that the team really listens to the customers and takes action quickly where necessary and possible.
Sense of commitment
What surprised me is that when we handed over debtor management, it was really taken off our hands. We no longer have to go after it ourselves. The personal approach also appeals to me. I have regular phone appointments with Belinda and we regularly get a visit from Serge to see if everything is to your liking. There is a sense of commitment on all sides.’
